HO CHI MINH CITY_ CU CHI_ MEKONG DELTA 2DAYS 2NIGHTS

Saigon is a fast growing city, which is changing day by day and recognized by high buildings and colourfull at night time. The ongoing changes in economy have given the city a really cosmopolitan and dynamic character. In 1859 the city was captured by the French and became the capital of Indochina. From 1956 until its dramatic demise in April 1975 it was the capital of the US-backed Republic of Vietnam. Today, Ho Chi Minh City is the heart of Vietnamese business and entrepreneurs. The city still retains its connections to the past, particularly in Cho lon. Here dozens of elegant temples and pagodas can be seen. The French also left their mark with some fine colonial-era buildings such as the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office.

Saigontourist Transport guide will interview for you about the city, with special emphasis on must-see attractions and popular entertainment venues.

Tour guide and driver pick-up you at Tan San Nhat Airport and go transfer to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. You relax in your hotel.

We depart Ho Chi Minh City for the city of My Tho (approximately 1 and a half hours). A former naval base, My Tho is now a bustling port city in the Mekong Delta. The area is the final destination of the mighty Mekong River. It’s star from Tibet, through China, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and finally Vietnam. An incredibly fertile region, its prime industry is food production, producing approximately half of Vietnam’s total agricultural output.  Life for villages in the area revolves around the rivers and canals that make up the delta. The popular transportation at Mekong delta is boat, so that there are many Floating markets at Mekong.
